  • Examples:
    • International Baccalaureate programs

    • School-site college courses
    • Career track curriculum

MODERATELY DIFFICULT TO IMPLEMENT
Some initiatives pose challenges but are potentially feasible with current staff and moderate funding.

  • Examples:
    • Dual enrollment programs
    • Summer academies
    • Increased instruction time for math and other core curriculum
    • Requiring PLAN or PSAT
       

RELATIVELY EASY TO IMPLEMENT
Some initiatives can be launched relatively easily with leadership and support from staff.

  • Examples:
    • Addition of Advanced Placement and Honors courses
    • Enrollment in GEAR UP and Upward Bound programs
    • Teacher talk groups
