Schools will develop a:
- Portfolio of proposed initiatives that ranges from quick, easy-to-achieve initiatives to complex systemic changes
- Visual depiction of initiatives from an ease-of-implementation perspective

How to use
|
The tool is best used by planning groups to develop a portfolio of initiatives.

When to use
|
- During or after initial conversations regarding possible initiatives
|
Directions:
- Categorize various initiatives by ease of implementation and note them on the chart.
- Consider whether the portfolio of initiatives presented represents a balanced agenda. If not, consider additional or alternative initiatives.
