Plan
- Form a working group to address the effort. Think about your support system and the stakeholder groups that need to be involved. Were they involved in the initial discussion? If not, how can you involve them?
- Think about how increasing postsecondary preparation aligns with other improvement goals or state/program requirements. The strategies and tools used in the toolbox are all part of the ongoing effort to improve schools. Increasing postsecondary preparation is best addressed as an embedded part of overall school or program change, not as a stand-alone goal.
- The Planning Pyramid may be helpful in developing a portfolio of initiatives to achieve your goals and objectives.
