Consider Implementation Needs

  1. Provide time for discussion about college preparation for all. Tools that may be helpful include:

  2. Talk with college outreach practitioners and your own staff about the role of the college outreach programs in your school. Tools that may be helpful include:

  3. Work with counseling staff to determine how to improve the counseling program and support students. Tools that may be helpful include:

  4. Develop partnerships and work collaboratively to support all students. Tools that may be helpful include:

    • Improving College Access through Mentoring
